Pallet accounts hold protocol funds, not user balances.
No outbound transfer recorded: An ordinary outbound transfer proves an address is transparent; no outbound transfer proves nothing. A dormant ordinary holder can look the same as an encrypted account. A balance with no outbound transfer recorded is an upper bound and may include coins already distributed privately. We do not assign the measured balance gap to individual addresses.
The filter shows the top 100 with an ordinary outbound transfer recorded from genesis through this finalized snapshot; ranks remain those of the full list. The Quantus Treasury label comes from TreasuryPallet.TreasuryAccount storage read at the snapshot block. It is omitted if that read is unavailable.
Balances with context.
What the ranking measures
Total balance is free plus reserved, displayed in QTC rounded down to four decimal places; raw JSON retains all 12 decimal places. Free balance may still be subject to locks or freezes; it is not necessarily spendable. Nonce is the account’s on-chain transaction counter. Equal balances are ordered by AccountId.
Issuance share
Each account’s total balance is divided by the chain’s total issuance at the same finalized block. This is a share of issuance, not a share of the displayed top 100. Issuance shares use TotalIssuance, so displayed shares across accounts can add up to more than 100%.
Every indexed account is searchable
The list shows the top 100. Search accepts a Quantus SS58 address or a 32-byte hex AccountId, with or without 0x. Accounts created after the snapshot appear after the next complete sweep.
Mining rewards, where recorded
Account details show payouts from indexed MinerRewarded events when present. These are historical mining credits, not the account’s current balance. Author preimages are not treated as account addresses. Miner names are a heuristic from public telemetry (the first node to report a block) and may be wrong; the reward address is the source of truth.
